Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or damaged watch, you may request a free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Replacements are also available if you receive the wrong product.

To process a replacement, you must provide photos or videos showing the defect/damage and share your order details.

Products that show signs of wear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations will not be eligible for return or replacement.
