Refund & Replacement Policy

At Wwoorr.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Refund and Replacement Policy offers the following options:

1. Replacement Policy

  • Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a replacement if the product is defective or damaged. The watch must be in its original, unused condition, with all protective stickers intact, and the original packaging must not be damaged, taped, or written on.
  • No Restocking Fee: Replacements are free of charge, with no restocking fee applied.
  • Shipping Costs: The company will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.

2. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. You must have a recorded video of unboxing your ordered item. The watch must be in its original, unused condition, with all protective stickers intact, and the original packaging must not be damaged, taped, or written on. The payment method should be paid online via Debit/Credit Card.
  • Restocking Fee: A 30% restocking fee is applicable to all returns, regardless of the reason.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A return shipping label will be provided for your convenience, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Partial Refunds: If the packaging is damaged, taped, or has any writing on it, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Additional Information

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
